  • I'm hoping the Boys will cover this for the 50th annv album. It would be absolutely perfect. Mike, Al, and Brian could really make this rock.

  • @apolloglass99 ... I agree with you, it does seem like a song that they could recapture the moment ... One of my favorites...

  • @HSECMAN Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park.

  • @GiggleFishy I should have caught that myself when I researched the parks. I think we finally have the correct spelling ... Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park

    Thanks, GiggleFishy

  • @BeachBoysRemembered You're welcome. BTW, the name of the waterfall is McWay Waterfall. It is a very short walk from the parking lot to view the falls. Also some trivia: the waterfall poured directly into the ocean until 1983 when fire, landslide and highway reconstruction filled the cove with enough sand to form the beach you see today. Also, I see that I misspelled it, it is "Julia" not "Julie." Sorry Julia. :)

  • @GiggleFishy ...Thank you for the correction GiggleFishy. I did a little research on the parks and the geographical proximity to each other: Julie Pfeiffer Burns State Park; The park is 37 miles south of Carmel on Highway 1, and 12 miles south of Pfeiffer Big Sur.

Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park; The park is located 26 miles south of Carmel on Highway 1

  • @BeachBoysRemembered Actually, the waterfall is not in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, it is in Julie Pfeiffer Burns State Park, which is about 10 miles south of Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. It's always been rather confusing to have two State Parks with such similar names.

  • Hey...John Steinbeck, Johnny Depp and I think I saw John Sebastian. Couldn't get any better !

  • California is so beautiful. Beach Boys are too. Saw them perform this past summer in California. Best Show Ever.

  • @HSECMAN
