Personally, I hate the new rating system. Some people seem to think its simpler, and easier. But in all honesty, I think youtube is dumbing down, to dumb people.

Whats worse, is that video ratings have been removed from the thumbnails. If there is one thing youtube need to change, its putting the ratings back on the thumbnails.

KEEP THE RATINGS!!! They're what tells us how crappy or awesome a video is if we compare them to the view count. Or at least add in a percentage thumbs up and thunbs down thing so that youtube doesn't go to war with the youtubers again like the whole thing with the Beta channels -__- speaking of the beta channels, I think youtube forgot about them altogether :P

I hate that new rating system too, I blocked a lot of users because they tried to swearing me on my videos for no reason, now always and always I get dislikes from blocked users and I cannot block users from disliking my videos, the only solution is to disable rating option on your video, I hate this and I can't calm down!

so i say once again... WE NEED TO AT LEAST PUT THUMBS UP/ THUMBS DOWN BESIDE  THE VIDEOS... so it can spare us from having to watch a video only to find out that its SHIT.

what what good are the ratings then? oh i forgot.. when you link it to facebook, motherfuckers can look at what you LIKED .... OOOOH! hurr hurr ...fucking facebook lol

FUUUUUU :rage: if they can do anything right they would put ratings next to the videos especially so we can know if a video is junk or not. thats why people get rick rolled lol and if we are watching ANYTHING other than entertainment (that we already like?) ....we are in trouble, quite frankly ,and will be disappoint.

I find the new like/don't like ratings system extremely juvenile. Not to mention they copycatted it from another website. Damn you, YouTube, now you have to dumb down people's opinions and lick Facebook's ass?

first they took away the star system and replaced it with the thumb system which made ratings less useful... now i can't even see the ratings, i have to go to insight if i want to know if a video is shitty or not.

I WANT THE 5 STARS BACK!!!!!!!!!! It was much simpler to rate when there were 5 stars, because we could say we hated, we didn't like, we liked a little, we liked or we loved... 5 OPTIONS!!! I used to rate 3 or 4 stars, but rarelly 1 or 5. Now there's no middle opinion, we have to say we like it or dislike it, that pisses me off! But now in a half of the videos I watch I just don't know what to rate...

Damn YouTube, I love you, but what the hell are you doing??? Come on, everybody!
