@danpandrea ok thanks :) But when i press any key the sound stops about every second, then it goes again and stops as i hold the key. its as if my headphones werent plugged in properly, but they are. any idea on how i can fix this?

I also was unable to make it work until I upgraded to live 8.2.2 lite... just drag the sound font from "Live Instruments" to the "MIDI" column thingie and make sure it says "keystation 88es" in "MIDI from" field.

@Live4love27 go to ableton.com and upgrade to Live Lite 8. After that you'll have many sounds to play with. You can also download Ableton Live extras if you want even more sounds.

@Live4love27 on the left column you can pick whatever instrument you like. if you can't find a piano sound use the search bar to look for it.

@danpandrea oh alright. And i got live lite 6 along with the piano... how am i supposed to set the settings in the preferences etc...? (sorry but like i dont have a clue what to do... im all new in this thing :)) Any basic settings so i can hear what im playing...

@Irolka177 the settings are pretty basic: connect the keystation via USB, let Windows install the drivers, power up Ableton Live, load an instrument (I'm a classic guy and I always go for the acoustic piano) and have fun.
