Could you do a car like that? If so do you have any idea how much would it cost to do a 2010 Camaro? Where could I get this done?

@SFSoldierbaby 1st let me correct my self a bit from last posting. The 1st thing you see as soon as the video starts is an activator applied, then a clean water risen then the silver nitrate.

Yes a car can be chromed, but 3 things. It isn't cheap, it isn't easy, and the reflection while out on the road will kill ya, and the other drivers on the road. It might look cool, but it will be a nightmare of a coating on the car. Fingers prints will drive you crazy because everyone wants to TOUCH IT!!!

How do they paint it when it's still wet?

@SFSoldierbaby The only paint is the base coat. The base coat is forced dried in 2-3 hours, over in the open over night dry time of 18-24 hours. The spray that comes out of the gun is the silver nitrate. The mix is mostly water. Watch how the white turns silver when the water mix is applied.

Hey i got a question. I own a garage in Orlando doing Automotive vinyl. we did a few cars in Chrome and gold vinyl wrap. but ive been thinking of buying the system, from Alsa Corp to paint in chrome. my qestion is How expensive is the liquid its self to do a full car? and how long does it last?

@AnAmericanFan Yes a clear coat is applied right after the item finished, and dried. Exposer in the open air will cause it to tarnish at a rapid pace.
