Christian Anime is rather hard to find unfortunatly but there are now more titles out there aside from FLYING HOUSE (TONDERA HOUSE) and SUPERBOOK (ANIME OYAKO GEKIJO / ANIMATED PARENT AND CHILD THEATER) & (PASOCON TRAVEL TANDEIDAN / PASTCON TRAVEL DETECTIVE TEAM) For example Ozama Tezuka (Sometimes considered to be the Walt Disney of Japan) in his last days in 1990 made the series, IN THE BEGINNING which lasted for 26 episodes. It was a coproduction done with the Vatican.

TORCHLIGHTERS is perhaps the most mature and adult friendly made Christian anime I've seen made to date. I recommend checking it out. There are plans for more DVDs to come out but so far they've released only about 2 a year on average. I suspect eventually this may get shown on TBN in the future as well.

TORCHLIGHTERS is a coproduction done mostly with Chinese animators, the stories are much more mature than Flying House and Super Book.

As for other Christian anime titles I havn't found much, has anyone else? I read recently about a Christian manga series called,

"THE TWELVE"

made in the Philippines, but know little about it. Does anyone else have or seen this?

As for non-anime titles made in Asia I've found a bunch of those but the title I found most interesting in my search that I'd highly recommend would be,

NOBUNAGA : KING OF ZIPANG

This TV series was not a "Christian made" series, but had a lot of Christian character content displayed in it in a positive way. It's really quite interesting.

NOBUNAGA is based on real life people from hundreds of years ago, mainly the story focuses on the old Japanese Emperor Odo Nobunaga and the Christian missionairies that visited him for years.

Odo Nobunaga was about as close as to a "Abraham Lincoln" for a leader as Japan ever got in the past. It's interesting when you think of how different history could of been today had Odo Nobunaga carried through on some of his ideas. He had at one point wanted to have a church built in every town in Japan but sadly he wanted to force everyone to go had he ever been able to accomplish this. Sadly he died before he was ever able to make any of this happen.
