Liar

@RDCushing making health insurance about getting profits is INSANE and DOES NOT benefit anyone but the insurance companies, if it did, it wouldn't need reform. we are the only developed country without universal healthcare, not to mention all the people including myself that need it

elaborate ?

DeMint is a douchebag.
-
obama wants the population to decrease dramatically by breaking down our immune system and to make us all dependent on this free health care so that we are no longer people, we are government feeding parasites dependent on the government.

I'm thankful we have those of DeMint in the U.S. Senate. Someone in touch with reality is refreshing. Just today jobs numbers released show we're bleeding more and more jobs. Look around Libs--do you really like what your seeing under Obama's leadership? Even in China they now understand Business and it's importance--they are supporting their industry and here we have Pig snout Waxman dragging business leaders in front of his communist tribunal to berate them!!

Senator DeMint: Sarah Palin has promoted you to the rank of Assistant Tea Bagger. Congratulations, sir.

Even his supporters have to admit that Jim DeMint sounds, acts and thinks a lot like Gomer Pyle, the character from the old Andy Griffith Show.
Doesn't he? Can't you just hear this guy bellowing, "Citizens Arrest! Citizens Arrest!"?
It is GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE with the health insurance and health care markets that introduce inefficiencies, thus driving the cost of health care and health insurance HIGHER. It can be proven that free markets ALWAYS TEND TO BENEFIT (technically, INCREASE INDIVIDUAL UTILITY OR SATISFACTION), while any COERCION (and governments are coercive by their nature) WILL TEND TO REDUCE THE SUM OF ECONOMIC UTILITY in the market place. The MORE COERCION, the MORE INDIVIDUAL SATISFACTION will be REDUCED.

In the 1964, the nation recognized that had the obligation to assist people who did not have the means to feed themselves. Did the US Government take over the farms, the grocery stores and the local convenience store? No. They implemented a voucher system that gave the INDIVIDUAL food stamps to buy food. The INDIVIDUAL was able make their own decision on what and where to buy food. This fits in well with a free enterprise market. Competition controls prices.
I support Sen. DeMint!
