But for me it is like that: I just feel like slim and sexy, that's like i see myself. So when i work out and stop eating sweet stuff (thats not realy a diet, but it works as good as one. *g*) i just becoming more me again.

And as last sentence: a diet is absolut senseless without sport in my eyes. *g*
