Speak is a great book. I saw the movie and I thought that Stewart was able to portray the character well.

Lol, it is SO weird seeing her in these clips and then seeing her in twilight.
It is like, two totally different people.
She completely transforms from who she is and who she is portraying.
One of my top ten favorite actresses.

@xLiveLaughLove13x The movie actually captures the book quite well, unlike some movies that take on books. A little difference here and there, but not much...it's good. You should watch it =D

Ok in the movie I never quit understood what happened t oher at 0:34 what happen to her why was her hair like that.Did someone beat her up or something??

Speak reminds me soo much of my freshman year of high school. Cause like Melinda I lost all of my friends during the summer. Almost due to similiar situations. I read the book when my grandmother was in the hospital when i was a freshman at college and i nearly cried bc I had been there.
