It sounds to me like Iowa breeds a bunch of cry babies. And that wasn't an elbow or boarding. It's called a legal hit & #13 shouldn't have turned and faced the boards last minute. Maybe Iowa needs to stitch those stop sign patches on the back of their jersey's
