@hawk1108 Its funny you say that, because these guys are riding in a fairly large pack. The lead rider in any group ride should be very experienced -and- know the road (having ridden it beforehand). These guys clearly slipped up, but I don't think they "passed" the truck, I think the lead rider "dodged" the truck after coming out of a turn, not expecting the truck to be going so slow.

Its a van not a sports car, it couldn't and shouldn't be driving any faster on such a curvy road. The idiots on the motorcycles were overtaking on a double yellow line which is illegal, and then on a blind corner. The van didn't do anything wrong, he wasn't involved in the accident. All he did was witness ambitions over coming skills. I'd have drove by pointing and laughing.
