This is a really good movie about relationships, it's realistic. This isn't one of those sappy chick flicks where men are worthy of heroic worship and the girls are damsels in distress. It's a realistic portrayal of how people act and what they think.

I just saw the first scene of Ed's new film, Newlyweds. I'm very excited because it seems to be a remake of Sidewalks of New York, my favorite EB film!

Edward Bruns got a lot of crap because so much of this was influenced by Woody Allen. And... it was. Most of it from his 1992 "Husbands and Wives." And not just. Heather Graham does a Diane Keaton impression. Burns even named her character "Annie."
Still, the man's been a student of Allen's since his first film "The Brothers McMullen." It's very Allen-esque. He's stealing from the best. And... yes, this is one of his better films.
