Yes! It´s a SOHC with a home ported head and manifold. 60mm Tb and dynomax muffler. It´s running 14.7 in the quarter with a little compromise. But at the same time the only commute for a family of five :-)

I have a '99 Dodge Neon and let me just say this, it is by far the best car I've ever driven (that's why I own one). To fill up my tank it only costs me 30$ and its easy to drive. I LOVE THE NEON!!!!

I am also a proud owner of a 95 Dodge Neon and its is soooooo cheap to fill up, i dont know why everyone hates on them.
