@misegades they do get cut. They are considered a consumable. They need replaced every so often.

@manuelgozo Bullshit man. How on earth can you control a plasma flame from travelling 8.0mm and not 8.1mm or 7.9mm ? It's impossible. The supports WILL get eaten away but should be replaced periodically.

@misegades. You set up the thickness you want to cut..for example if the plate you want to cut is 8 mm... the plasma cutter will only cut 8mm not 8.1mm.. so thats why the under-table doesn't get damaged

I'm curious, how does the table not get cut when doing this? Are the crossmembers of the table very high heat resistant or what?
