Stormy Weather @ Oceanside, CA Pier 1-22-10

Tail end of the 4th storm in less than a week, which had Oceanside closing the pier since 6PM last night until the weather clears. Camera's a bit wobbly since Rudy was tugging away at the leash, eager to sniff every nook and cranny. There was one lonely little earth mover trying to help keep some erosion away, but doubt it could do much good. Sad seeing just how close the water is coming to the roadway, and all the lifeguard towers look kind of sad just sitting there. Rain kicked in shortly after taping this, then sun came out, then rain...and so on, and so on....
