the reason i told u to put the mince meat along with other ingredients it in the food processor is because as it mixes it will slightly changes the texture of the meat so that it can hold on to the hard boiled egg .
means meat will have more bonding strength u can add 1/2 of 1/2 egg white and yolk mixture after u take the meat from the processor .hope u will try this out it really works

hey try this it surely works, first add half chopped onions (size of the whole onion is a tennis ball) half of it ok .And add some green chillies and corriander into a food processor and grind it and then add 1/2 kilo mince meat (mutton or beef )1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chilli powder,add them into a food processor where u have the onion/corri/green chilli mixture mix it in a slow mode for the meat and the other ingredients to mix properly . do not grind it more than 2 min .

I made these tonight. I used ground beef and during frying all the meat came off the egg. :(

may be add 1 egg and bind the mixture ,try again , and you will be able to perfect it
