i used this in U16 AA, but none of my other teams have used it, very good drill, i dont know why its not more common.

We use this drill in practice as well and Filatov is awesome Blue Jackets got a heck of a player on their hands

lol its not a new drill. Most teams in practice use this to make it easier to work on special teams play such as powerplay. They work the system.

Really? Thanks for the info. I'd not seen it done til this practice. Lord knows, we need SOMETHING to help us with our powerplay!
