Yes, it's true- Quaker Oats co-sponsored "NAKED CITY" during its first season (1958-'59) as a half-hour series [in conjunction with Liggett & Myers' L&M cigarettes] on ABC's Tuesday night schedule at 9:30pm(et). However, the ratings for CBS' "RED SKELTON SHOW" were such that 'NAKED CITY" ended after that season...but returned as a hour-long series in 1960.
