Ive seen videos of the pyramid falls but they were taken while the train was moving. Im taking a trip on the Canadian from Montreal to Kamloops and was wondering why the train stopped here? According to VIA's website they only to special stops between Sioux lookout and Windsor or something like that.

The train seemed to stop delibrately for us to take photos. In fact the Train Captain alerted us to look at it.
Perhaps many people had feedback to them to stop, or is it my luck?
