Ninjas DID have a similiar costume. We don't know much bout them, but it's domcumented/painted that they had a dark red costume, so that their blood (yes, they bleed) wasn't visible and other tought they are invincible. In japanese theatre, figures with "ninja costume" are dressed in black, which symbolises that they are not seen on the scene by other figures, that might have been it. Also they COULD break walls, but it had to be wodden wall :) Ya, i know it wasn't in your vid.
