Maya Days sings "The National Anthem" for Hillary Clinton

At a recent event for Hillary Clinton, Broadway star Maya Days sang The National Anthem. Maya starred on Broadway as Mimi in Rent, Aida in Aida, and Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar. As a recording artist she has had 3 international Top 10 hits, including the number 1 hit "Feel It (The Chimney Song)". She can currently be seen on the TV show Damages.

Two side notes:
1) Notice how flawlessly she handles the mic problem in the middle of the song
2) Sorry for the shaky camera...I was a little nervous/excited for her!

What a voice! Knocks them all away!

Saw Maya in JCSuperstar. Gov Pataki was in the audience. Met her after show when she signed my 5yr old son's (at the time) autograph book. Her daughter & her were being picked up in BMW. She is amazing & her daughter was adorable...asked her if she wanted to plan a wedding!...She thought my son was adorable too! Go Maya...go!

i met her. maya days is not her real name. I forgot what it is but she is my bff's aunt! Se has an amazing voice. she sang to us the national anthem, and I can asure you she is so much better in person!!
