You must be incredibly ignorant to think that Indians can't have "slit" eyes. There are tens of millions of Indians who have an East/Southeast Asian appearance, especially in Northeastern India.

Although it's a Chinese guy in makeup, many people from Eastern India resemble Southern Chinese and Southeast Asians so I guess he could pass for Indian in some respects

No, but in fact Master of the Flying Guillotine is actually a sequel to One-Armed Boxer. You might try seeking that film out. I'd also suggest looking up Return of the Chinese Boxer, as it is pretty similar in some ways, though not nearly as good.

I do feel the need to defend this clip a bit. While the effects are cheaply done, the editing and camera usage are actually very good. Nice use of sound effects and very good motion continuation between shots keeps it believable, if silly looking at times.
It's a well-made film.
