How to Breakdance | Chair Freeze/Spin Down Chair Freeze | Freeze Basics

Details: This Tutorial teaches how to do a chair freeze which is a basic bboy freeze. I also show you a simple way to get into the chair freeze as well. Be patient with yourself and drill this move until you have it strong.

key point: keep your arm that's planted in your side 90degrees to the ground. if it's slanted it's that much harder to hold and if you collapse, it's gonna be baddddd lol
