You should make a wish to acquire good taste in 2012!

    You're so stupid!

Stop making a fool of yourself.

  • Karina Gauvin has a wonderful voice. The fact that you must resort to making fun of this women makes me wonder if you are even listening or you are too busy hating. Yes, I said hating. Listening to a singer should not be so personal. We all have our own opinions, and I don't think that this is my favorite recording of hers, but she is far from "Miss Piggy" or "Ursula."

  • @DonAnchise I hearfully agree this ¿Lady? is really boring and lousy.. she should earn her livelyhood by impersonating Miss Piggy, Divine and Ursula from the Little Mermaid.

  • Right aria and composer, but wrong orchestra, conductor and, most of all, singer! This woman has an awful voice. A true talent? Tell me boy why she records almost everything with Alan Curtis? Because he's the only one who likes that pig sound she has, Sandrine Piau is a true soprano, also Roberta Invernizzi or Yetzabel Arias Fernández, those are really skilled performers.

  • interestingly enough, Karina Gauvin sings the same text from Handel's rendition of Ezio (Deutsche Grammophone published the full opera, conducted by Curtis).

Pity nobody put it into youtube yet, it could have been an interesting comparison between two "rival" composers with minimum difference (same text, same singer, same conductor).

Personal opinion: Handel wins hands down.

  • The glorious voice of Karina Gauvin!

  • @actionsrlouder Huh... Ezio xD

  • @peres010492 From which Opera?

  • Gluck's rendition it's quite more interesting
