Rumsfeld needs water boarding to find what valuable information he has on 911. Cheney and bush too. I believe we have just as strong evidence as they had that BinLaden did it. The fact that bush delayed an investigation for 9 months, and wouldn't fund it is pretty obvious. Having to hold cheneys hand during the "interrogation" proves he's involved. Beyond reasonable doubt.
