Hi, I just happened to be on when you came by :) This completely freestyle no prep just GO! Lol. Yes it falls on spot as I teach to listen and respond with music just as you would a conversation. I have more dancehall in me than this demonstrates but I thought it was a nice blend including pole with a little dancehall. Thank you for watching:)
