Discover the exciting and engaging Sensory Wall in Chelmsford Library. The wall is unique within libraries and has been created in a partnership between Inclusive Communications Essex (ICE) and Essex County Council Libraries.

Sensory stimulation and interactive experiences are necessary for all aspects of child development and learning. The wall features an activity panel, a sound activated infinity tunnel, an LED light panel which reacts to touch and noise, animal sounds, mirrors and an exciting interactive video floor. All features of the wall are suitable for children of all ages and abilities, and are equally relevant for adults with learning disabilities.
