  • I do have skins on both sides of the drums, on the bottom is remo ambassador clear skins and pinstripes on top. I tune both skins the same then I tweak the bottom skin 1/4 turn extra to give the toms a pitch down note.

  • Cheers, I really only put these vids up to show the sound of my snares, my playing needs some improvement but. I don't play as often as I would like too

  • Tighten that thing!

  • I did a full 3 turns on the bottom and 2 on the top and i love the sound.

  • @xSugarDaddy420 You could put any drumhead on either side. Unless it's specifically a resonant head. Most drummers do put the same exact head on both sides. (ie. drummers place two Remo emperors on both sides of the drum.)

  • This is the kind of setup I want, but with bigger sized toms...4 racked toms, 2 floor toms, 2 bass drums, and a snare

  • your toms sound good and so does your playing but i;m not to keen on the snare sound to be honest. I like low tunings but isnt that a bit too low?

  • I've had a Vinnie Paul Snare for about 3 years now. I tune mine quite a bit higher than yours, but it still sounds very punch.

  • you have like 3 different tunings on that snare

  • great sound. if you detuned all the lugs can you get rid of the ring?

  • Hey Man, I love those pinstripes but Im new to drumming and have a stupid question, Do you put heads on both sides of the drum? If so do you put the same? Thanks.
