@smallpotatoes989 Because we carry it all around in our minds. If we would realize and 'see' what's going on inside, all these external problems would one by one settle down.

@worldofoneness true but if I change and others force their will on me with evil deeds than I have to use evil steps myself too so I am fucked anyways

@smallpotatoes989 Did you experience it like this? You know, it all depends on your current state of consciousness/perception. There are so many experiences of mine and others I know who started seeing the conflict and 'shadow side' in them when there was external conflict going on, and guess what happened? The person's attitude 'outside' immediately changed! Just try it out and see if it also works for you.
