This is a recent Crystalens case with 2 small paired LRI's to correct about 1 diopter of astigmatism. Note that I did not have to mark the axis of the cornea because the patient had natural anatomic marks at the 180 degree axis (Vogts limbus girdle type 2) This video demonstrates the size of the capsulorhexis I prefer for Crystalens and the aggressive cortical cleanup with anterior capsule scrubbing that is recommended with this implant
