Developed by Chattahoochee Technical College, the full-length DVD (available at http://www.naeyc.org/store/node/17089 ) features interviews with Bryan Nelson, Bonnie Neugebauer, and several male teachers; explores the positive benefits of having men work in an early childhood program; and emphasizes that children need exposure to both men and women to learn how they work together and enhance each other's skills.
