i have an Asian version of this player, same model but different design. its made in Indonesia, it doesn't have that Netcast feature, i dont think its a problem, because there is no Netflix here in our country. any, i still love this player. it's awesome!!

@shawnstar86 maybe its because of your tv. your tv should be 120hz (Sony calls it motion flow, while LG calls it TruMotion. I have LG 120hz tv @ 32inch and movies looks like telenovela or telecines. You should replace your tv like that which im sure, all of your movies will pop out. Your viewing experience will definitely change. I call it poor mans 3d movie. hehehe!

@GT2217 You dont need HDMI cables but it will look and sound that much better with HDMI cables. FYI dont waste $100 dollars on HDMI Monster cables. You can go to Amazon.com and get HDMI cables there for like $9 and they work just the same. At the end of the day digital signal is all the same so like I said dont waste your money.

me 2 awesome player 4 the price except no wifi but this is my backup player if my ps3 blu ray drive breaks, but so far zero problems with either player im floored by the picture quality for only 164.00 i highly recommend this player.

@Breal43 You can get a switch from Compusa for like $20 and you can connect that to your Blu-Ray which should get you better and more reliable speeds than Wi-Fi.

@TheBuffaloChicken You select "Netcast" from the main dash board and then select Vudu from the list of streaming devices. Once you there follow the steps from Vudu. That simple.
