Using a custom RjDj patch to control an Arduino. Made possible via the "netsend" and "netreceive" objects in PD, which are also usable in RjDj. The interface with the Arduino is made through the Firmata firmware in combination with the PDuino library. -Mike Dixon

  • Can you share your scene somehow?

I'd really like to do this, but dont know anything about RJDJ

  • I'd put it up on the RjDj site, but the problem is that you have to edit the PureData file to include the IP address of the computer that's hooked up to the Arduino. So a file downloaded from rjdj.me would load just fine, but it wouldn't actually work on your computer unless it happened to have the same local IP as mine. You can download the .rj file from the link in the description, edit the IP address in the PD patch, and then use Rjserver to get it onto your iThing. That's all I can suggest.

  • nice, but next time, spit out the gum

  • I'm such a heathen! I should be in detention for rudeness, I know. I took the video, watched it, and then thought "Oh no, that gum chewing is really bad." But I had to leave soon for my friend's wedding. I'm going to redo this in HD with ADR and everthing ;-)
