Dana Kaminski gets a 10 minute work-out with personal trainers Kristin Anderson and Brian Abercrombie.
These specific exercises are for posture, and core-strengthening.

The trainers have a studio in Los Angeles, and also train on film sets. Their names are Brian Abercrombie and Kristin Anderson. We filmed this for Hollywood Actor Prep.
