  • i am pretty happy with my body, i run 5.5 miles a day... and lift every day for about 20 minute... but its not working... i want to get rid of my love handles, they are the hardest for me! no matter what i try, running, lifting.. so on so i cant get rid of them.. please help

  • ive done these two videos for the past two months. i alternate them for four days. in between i do jillian cardio kick box. ive lost 30 pounds (with good eating habits)! about 5 lbs a week! it works, it works, it works! you sweat like a dog but it works. highly recommend!

  • Jillian Michaels's workout is so great for the body, I advise you ladies to try it, there is no doubt ur body will make massive changes. There are home videos and it's not taking you more than 50 min. But u have to stick on it at least 4 times a week.

  • So one was so INCREDIBLY NICE and cool to post both of these videos in full on youtube. Then Youtube removed them.

  • Argh, I can't wait to try this!
