In the past it took so long to boot up my computer. I used to consume a full cup of coffee every morning waiting for my computer to start. I did a lot of searching on how to speed up a computer. I've also read a lot of articles about different ways to speed up computer. I figured what the problem was and how to speed up my computer.

The main problem was that almost every time you install new software it loads when you boot. I had programs that I rarely used, and others were corrupted. I used to see a couple of error popup alerts every time my computer starts about missing files or a program failure, etc. Most of these unwanted files are junk files from uninstalled programs.

All of these junk and corrupted files are causing your computer to run slow.

The Solution:

In order to increase your computer speed and make it boot faster you must:
-Clean your system from all the junk files.
-Repair damaged files.
-Make your computer only load the important programs instead of all programs on your computer.

My old Vista computer booted much faster than that, and my new build is even faster (although it has w7 so it's pretty normal)

Plus cleaning the registry making the computer faster is a debunked myth.
