At what point did Joe Biden "lose it"? Was it when he weakly said "I'll get back to you" winky winky or maybe when he said he reads "what you city people read".
The interview was pathetic, a weak drive-by attempt. They can't even factually back up their ridiculous lies and Biden shoots them down on their own joke of a TV station.
Anybody who thinks Biden performed poorly or that these partisan hack-jobs did anything close to "reporting" is a delusional partisan nitwit, and I pity them.
