Super Robot Wars Original Generations

OMG, SO... MANY...STUPID... PEOPLE...
Endless Frontier is a SPIN-OFF. THIS game is from the main series, altough it IS a little different in it that it only has Banpresto originals. Usually SRW games have a lot of giant mecha from various animes, like Mazinger, Getter Robo, Evangelion etc. (google is your friend).

The Japanese are the masters of giant robots kicking each others' asses. It's been this way since the 1960s.

any way to get any of those earlier super robot taisen games, i started with endless frontier so alot of this is in the dark for me, like kos-mos from xenosaga and phantom is from this i hear, id rather have things clarified as soon as possible either by playing the games or being told some pf the stories of the past thats now in endless frontier, rumor is exceed has super robot wars (or taisen wars) characters in it, kinda annoying not knowing much about anything.

it is NOT representative of SRW at all. It just had some of the mechs

yes i knew its a spin off and all that, but from what i read on many forums, gamefaqs discussions to name one, theres alot more elements from srw and other games then just mech similarities. i simply wanted to hear more about srw.

too bad OG endless frontier sucks,the "original"generations are better than the one that atlus made

what can you tell me about this earlier games of super robot taisen, i agree this looks and is better then endless frontier, like unless im mistaken, gespenst, abend, and nacht were taken from this, i started with frontier so im in the dark with alot of this universe like kos-mos being from xenosaga, if you could explain some things please, id greatly appreciate it.

what sistem is this for?

its for PS2 but the japanese version only =(
