You're too old to get the joke. He's combining the music and format of the video game, "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney", where you play as a lawyer, and splicing it with that scene from "A few good men." The thing is, the dialogue style is REALLY close to phoenix wright, so it fits really well.

Well if you knew the other element, phoenix wright, you'd know it was a series with writing that at the very least was equal to this, and as such the similarity provides for an amusing crossover.
