In a horse parade, a horse falls on top of a man while he is riding in San Marcos de Colon, Honduras. We were sitting in front of our house watching the parade for their "feria" which is the celebration of their town saint, when one of the legs of the horse slipped and the horse fell back on top of the man riding it. He hit his head and he blacked out. The man was taking to the hospital with head injuries. We had to move really quick because the horse almost fell on us.

  • @26dmari Just bc it's 'tradition' doesn't make it right. The horses might be trained in that equipment, & acclimated to it, but that doesn't mean they enjoy it or that it is even needed. Like you said, these animals carry themselves in this way quite naturally, so why be a bully about asking for it?? Tradition is a nightmare that closes minds & snuffs out progress. Dominance, force, & pain have no business in horse training anymore, yet here we are. Sickening. Poor horse.

  • we didnt exactly see the horse falling ON the man

    you dropped the camera

  • Yeah, he pulls and pulls, its his fault.

  • @ihaveachestnutter your right, it was actually disgusting how the horse had to hold its head because or that bit!

  • ouch !!!!!!!! you are good actuali ?

  • thats why you have to wear a helmet :)

  • Was it a chain bit?? A girl I know sold her horse for that happening!!! She was using a chain bit!! Her horse reared and she fell in-between the fence and the horse!!!!! Curse chain bits!! -

  • these are spanish horses and that is traditional tack. they are trained in those bits and are fully used to it. he is not holding the horse tight at all and that carriage of the head is pretty normal for these types of horses, andalusians, lusitanos etc etc all carry themselves like this quiet naturally. the horses were all spooked by something and it was just a freak accident

  • @ILove1234Music u can tell because that horse was listening to signals very well so i would say he wud need a soft snaffle u can tell because he was fighting it poor poni :(

  • @ILove1234Music Those bits are really strong, very few horses actually need a bit that strong.
