Your wife is pretty hot.

Very cool. I wish Captain Kirk was there ;)

@Gorgo a touring BattleStar Galactica exhibit or a Babylon 5 exhibit would be much better than a Star Wars exhibit... if you wanted that just buy a ticket to the San Diego Comic con... they have lots of props from lots of different movies... and even some of the bigger named actors like Carrie Fisher, Jake Lloyd, Peter Mayhew, David Prowse, occasionally Mark Hamill comes out to the shows too.

@avatarhammer ....a picture of you on the bridge sitting in the captains chain costs $25... right.. sorry but no.
The Star Trek exhibit left San Jose Tech museum already so hopefully they'll set up Quark's bar and bring back the Klingons and the Ferengi and all those cool props they had at the Hilton and put everything back the way it was on Fremont Street very soon.

well its pretty confusing to many people because 1) "The Tech Museum" lets you take pictures of everything and is very open to all the photgraphy stuff, unfortunately 2) Paramount Pictures sees it as a way to make even more money off of you and call it "STAR TREK copyright protection"

@digitalmckracken i totally agree the people working @ the exitbit were rud & they seem to be annoyed when i asked them questions & walked in the front door of the tech museum with a huge camera around my neck & they didnt tell me no pictures until i allready walked in the exibit i feel the exibit was an epic fail dont & save your money

Hell... didnt stop me from sneaking a few pictures inside the exhibit!!!!

hard to tell about the size of the original bridge since I have nothing to compare it too.
I have to agree Gorgo, not enough props, and those weer tagged as replicas, lots of ships of all types, no photos and way expensive too.
Last june, people at the hilton said that it looked like it would be going to a location on Fremont Street
The one prop that really blew my mind in Vegas was Spock's Coffin (from Trek 2 and 3)
OMG A NERD-GASM!
LOL!!! honestly i went last weekend and was significantly LESS than impressed... i enjoyed the Vegas experience quite a bit more!

Yeah,It was a bit disappointing. Not enough props.
I never got to go to the Vegas experience when it was
still going. I did see what was left of it at the Hilton.
I hear they're making a new one at another location.
Didn't the Bridge set in San Jose seem downsized/off scale? It was still fun but I prefer Star Wars personally !

It was fun. Look at the other coverage of the Star Trek The Exhibition. It appears they downsized it a little here"on the Bridge setup".There wasn't any chair's at the helm at this one and it appeared they moved things around a bit. Would've been cool if they actually had the sound effects when you pushed the buttons and a working View screen. Wish it was an actual Bridge simulator. Like the Obakashi Maru Test as in Wrath of Khan.
