Jerry Mellix aka 'SOUTHSIDE JERRY'(www.southsidejerry.com) has been playing his sax for over 40 years. The song in this clip, called: HONKIN', is one of his original tunes he wrote over 25 years ago, while a member/ part owner of a popular show and dance band based in Pittsburgh, PA. called THE MEMORIES. The tune was first recorded by Jerry in 1999 for Memco Records and then again in 2000 for Ram Records, both independent labels.
