The idea of both sucking... eh...

It's a light spar not an MMA fight. They aren't trying to kill each other. If you're sitting there saying, oh when you duck down I'ma hit you with a roundhouse to the face!

You'd be breaking with a light spar. Imagine yourself fighting at that same speed and power against them, not 50 times more. Because they might be able to do that 50 times more as well

Flowing and adaptive, focused in the present moment - you don't let technique stultify you - better than most of the kung fu vids I've seen, with awkwardly self-conscious and rehearsed-looking movements like in a videogame.
