shadow and silver are two very awsome rivals of the sonic series i dont know why your complaining about them it does not matter about how many hedgehogs are in the game but if you dont like them just ignore them and focus on liking sonic not hating the other characters im not attacking you or anything but just dont worry about it

I agree. Shadow shouldn't of been revived, but I guess SEGA wanted the fans to be happy. .. And another big problem is the fanboys/fangirls. Mostly the fangrls, though. Everytime they see a picture of Shadow, they all start saying random crap like "OH MAH GAWD, SHADOW IZ SO SEXY!!!111" Also, there are "lables" for Sonic characters now. Apperently, Shadow's emo, Rouge is a slut, Tails is a nerd, Knuckles is a dumbass, and so on. I mean seriously, why should there be lables on Sonic characters?

SHADOW WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A ONE TIME CHARACTER IN THE SERIES, IT WAS A RUSHED THING TO BRING HIM BACK.....READ IT ON WIKIPEDIA i happen to like shadow he is my favorite character, HE SHOULD BE THERE >:( so stop HARPING ON HIM!!!!

its just me being a silver fan girl but, I do respect your opions on the two hedgehogs, but silver hasent been I main character of game since sonic rivals two if it makes you feel better, and by the way he is 14 years old.

I basically agree with everything you said.
Shadow's death was completely pointless. And the whole reasoning for his revival was really stupid.
But, I do disagree with the games not being bad right now. They are complete crap. Next-Gen was a disgrace to the franchise.
