Since I'm dealing with known spammers I'm putting the following rule in place:
Any racist who comes onto this video is allowed to discuss and offer their opinion.
However, if they start spamming their propaganda (mantra) then the racists are allowed to pick two examples of that mantra to have representative in the comments section.
If you do not choose which two versions of your propaganda you want represented in comments, then I will chose for you. The representative comments can only be ONE comment each (Not 1 comment in 10 parts).
