When i try to delete my messages it freezes up for hours on end and i have to restart it. this phone sucks and half the time i miss calls cuz the touchscreen lags. if ur gonna get a really good phone that never has problems from verizon wait till feb. 10th when the iphone comes. I miss my LG Voyager.

I didn't get the droid because of the size.. The eris was perfect

@luisdalefty You could try to turn down the brightness of the screen and use a task killer.

This is a terrible, terrible phone. The battery life sucks, the touch screen is difficult, it freezes and lags, and just today it crashed and deleted all my stuff. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! It seems great at first but then it becomes terrible

i love my Eris, but the battery is short. I have learned to live with it

i have the Eris.. i think its the best phone ive had, def way better than the Moto Droid, i had that phone before the Eris and i as soon as the Eris came out i switched lol

Tried Moto Droid and HTC Eris. Lots of things I didn't like about the Moto Droid. The size was too big, too clunky feeling. Also, the slide out keyboard is not very good and only adds thickness and weight. Eris looks and feels so much nicer. It runs an older Android version but will be updated soon. Best part is, it is half the price.

The moto droid is so ugly, clunky, and the touch screen SUCKS. I love Android, but not on the moto droid.
