@Sexyrealraphead Congrats for being in biz its a great thing for anybody taking a chance to work for self. Now if your business ever gets to a point where it can be acquired at a nice profit you may have to decide if you want to remain where you are and pass or sell and maybe some employees who depend on you for survival will eventually be transitioned out by new ownership. Are you f^ckin your workers or making a business decision? It should not be a personal action. Give them a nice size bonus.
