hello maverikii, how can I fix the shirt of my ryu street fighter 4 by NECA, which took off in the side? (but not ruin the toy). It would help me.

well...see if you can get some modeling glue..not crazy glue though..its too strong n eats up the plastic...so put a lil bit of the modeling glue along the parts that need to stick togather and hold it there for a few mins n I think it should be good

I think the toy makers deliberately put those random paint marks to make it look like the game characters because all of them supposedly have water color look going on. Just my guess.
