This is classic! WQAM home movie from March 1964, in which they razz the competition, WFUN, for their Awake-a-thon promotion (which took place in the North Miami Beach showroom of Ed Morse Ford). WQAM countered with a stunt by Rick Shaw, in which he "locked" himself in the studio for 19 hours, playing nothing but oldies. Look for some good shots of WFUN dj Jim Howell in this 46-year-old home movie.

  • At the very last second they show the powder blue Mustang. I got to sit in that car with Roby Yonge and Stu Bowers!

  • @oxford14 I just posted a long clip about the '64 Tiger Mustang. Check it out!
