  • Looks good. thanks very much. i wonder about the saran wrap outgassing or leeching chemicals though.

  • @arlendixon For food safety's sake, it must reach 165 F for 15 seconds.

  • very nice. Interesting that it was steamed vs roasted, pan fried or boiled.

  • internal temp needs to be around 158 that chicken was dry.

  • ngyyen its pretty safe to use these cling wraps as they dont melt with heat.

  • itsnt it unhealthy to cook with plastic?
