I87 exit7 obscured license plate truck drops debris

this is becoming a very common occurrence, trucks with totally unreadable plates from directly behind vehicle. plates are caked with mud or soot or dirt .
this truck was showering the vehicles behind it with rocks and gravel, there was one marking on the truck , but the cover was strategically pulled over it

Why don't you get a real job? Playing highway patrol probably isn't paying for the fuel your using. All those trucks have front plates with registration stickers because of dirt/mud, the rear one isn't as important. You really shouldn't impede traffic like that. Do us all a favor and videotape a methlab and turn it in.
